Class of 1993 20 year reunion details

Laura Taylor Inscoe has planned out a great Reunion Weekend for the Class of 1993. It will take place the weekend of April 26, 2013.

I will highlight information for each event below, but it is most important for you to know what to secure our reunion night location at the Mirage we will need payment by February 20th.

Friday, April 26

In partnership with the Trojan Club, we will have a golf tournament at River Ridge.  If you decide to play, please email your name and/or four-some to Cari at Carigreen75@gmail.com.   Space is limited, so sign up soon.  Then, fill out this https://docs.google.com/file/d/0B7XiqmwyvfqJTUFLZXVnd3d0MGc/edit golf registration page and mail it with your check to:

Saturday, April 27

5K: 1993 alumnae, Ann Bagwell Gooch has survived cancer twice.  She is in remission and is doing great!  We will have a 5k in her honor beginning at 8am at River Ridge.  Sign up between February 4 and April 13 at www.fsseries.com.

Reunion night: 7-10pm- Our “official” reunion will be held at Mirage in downtown Raleigh.  There will be an open bar from 7-8pm (cash bar after that) and heavy hors d’oeuvres will be served.  We will have a DJ and all are welcome to stay until closing time at 2am.  Because of deposits, we must have your payment for this event by February 20!  The cost is $36 per person.

A block of rooms have been reserved at Clarion at 320 Hillsborough St. Our special room rate is $89.  Please call 919-832-0501 and ask for the Class of ’93 block by April 13.

Sunday, April 28

Shelter 2 at Lake Benson Park has been reserved for our use from 1-3pm.  Bring your family, a picnic, chairs, a soccer ball, and whatever else would make you happy (that’s legal, of course).  We will spend the afternoon playing and enjoying the sunshine while getting to see each other’s families.  There is no cost for this event.

*For those who like to plan ahead, we are planning a trip for our 25-year reunion.  More information to follow in 2018!
